Opus was officially formed in 2006, but we have built our practice over a period of more than thirty years. Although we are a relatively small firm, very few firms in the country have so many lawyers and paralegals with such depth of experience in store development for retailers and leasing focused on the tenant side.
We have assisted a number of clients in coordinating the different aspects of the development process, including drafting and modifying forms for letters of intent, leases, ancillary agreements, and lease abstracts and summaries. We have also established systems for evaluating lease portfolios and advising clients on strategies and risks associated with buying and selling locations.
