• Environmental Remediation: Ensured landlord engaged qualified environmental consultants to oversee landlord funded remediation of hazardous materials on former auto dealership site and that premises received clearance for occupancy by regulatory agency.

• Power Play: After landlord sent notice regarding utility shutoff due to major property redevelopment and suggested our client terminate its lease, we successfully persuaded the landlord to honor the lease and make alternative arrangements without disrupting our client’s operations.
